Creator Program Terms
Effective August 18, 2026
1. Approval and participation
Applying does not guarantee acceptance. ClearCopies may approve, decline, pause or end participation based on channel fit, audience authenticity, content quality, legal compliance or suspected abuse.
2. Offer and attribution
Unless different terms are shown in the creator dashboard, a creator code gives a new customer 20% off a first paid cleanup and attributes eligible purchases for 30 days after a tracked visit. Codes cannot be combined and self-referrals are not eligible.
3. Commission and payouts
The standard commission is 30% of the amount ClearCopies actually collects after discounts, excluding taxes, refunds, reversals and chargebacks. Commission remains on hold for 30 days and becomes eligible for manual payout once the payable balance reaches $50. Payout method and identity or tax information may be requested before payment.
4. Required disclosure
Creators must clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate relationship near every promotion, following the laws and platform rules that apply to their audience. Promotions must be accurate and must not claim guaranteed savings or misrepresent ClearCopies as permanently deleting files.
5. Prohibited activity
Paid-search bidding on ClearCopies brand terms, cookie stuffing, misleading redirects, spam, impersonation, automated traffic, fabricated conversions and use of a creator's own code are prohibited. Related commission may be withheld or reversed.
6. Changes and contact
ClearCopies may update program terms prospectively or provide different written terms to a creator. Questions about an application, attribution or payout can be sent to support@clearcopies.com.
